Looking at the last four weeks, which of these comes closest to what's been happening with your work?

I keep delivering, but something inside no longer fits the way it did. Something broke: a departure, a disappointment, or something that never arrived. Since then I can't go on as if nothing happened. What came before doesn't represent me anymore, but I don't have new words for who I am yet. I've already made some concrete moves: talked to people, tried a few things, made small decisions. Several things I've tried are starting to form a thread; I'm beginning to see what I was looking for. There's a new direction, and I'm already backing it up with decisions, time, or the people around me.
